By entering the ChipDaddy Giveaway, you agree to the following rules and conditions:

Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States.

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchases will provide bonus entries but are not required.

Entry

• Primary entry requires submission of a valid name and email address via the giveaway form.

• Bonus entries may be earned by making a purchase during the giveaway period.

• Limit one primary entry per person. (3) Extra entries for a purchase.

Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a 600pc Milano Clay Chip Set. (With Free Shipping Lower 48 States Only)

• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• Winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the giveaway closing date.

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

• The winner’s name and city/State as the big winner will be posted on the ChipDaddy website. No other personal information will be shared publicly.

• ChipDaddy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond ChipDaddy’s control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
