We can't guarantee color matching of our poker chips from our different manufactures. Each different re-stock of chips may have a very slight color change. Your chip colors may be a different tone or shade than the one we show on our website. Or if you bought one color of a certain denomination in a past order, the shade of that color may slightly differ from the new purchase. We can't guarantee a match from previous purchases, so please expect that there may be a slightly difference in the shade of your chip color from a previous order. This usually does not happen, but sometimes it does. You'll still be responsible for any restocking charges if you choose to return the chips that do not match a previous order. We'll not be able to go through our poker chip inventory to try to match a shade for your chips.

If you wish to return or exchange an item that is not damaged or was not shipped incorrectly, then your item will be returned or exchanged but shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee may apply.
