Shipping & Refunds Policy

ChipDaddy will as a courtesy to you ship your package within the time frame of 1-2 business days from your order & payment is received. ChipDaddy will issue a tracking number & a confirmation email for your order. Once your order has been picked up or dropped off at the local shipping companies, your order is considered complete and is your responsibility from the time the shipping company has received your package from us.

Bad weather or shipping delays are not the responsibility of ChipDaddy that occurs from shipping companies. Delays happen all the time. We really try to get your order to you asap, but things do happen that are out of our control.

We offer a shipping option at checkout for your convenience. Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination, and order weight. A handling fee to print and the time to get your order to the shipping company is usually added to the cost of the shipping fee. Most charges for handling range from $2.00 to $5.00.

Free Shipping Policy

We’re happy to offer free shipping on orders that meet our minimum purchase requirement. If your order qualifies, the shipping cost is on us!

Please note that while outbound shipping is free when you qualify, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. This helps us keep our prices competitive while continuing to offer great value and fast delivery.

ChipDaddy is basically covering the shipping cost to you as a deal to purchase our products. If you decide to return the items, you will pay for all shipping back to us. NO Exceptions
It is your responsibility to package the returned items correctly and to prevent any damage during shipping back to us. If damage occurs you will be charged for any products that have been damaged.

Buyers' responsibility:

If for any reason your package is lost or stolen during shipping, ChipDaddy is not responsible to replace your order or issue a refund. You will have to file a lost or stolen claim with the shipping company.

Returns will only be accepted on stock items. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and be shipped back to us within 1-2 days of confirmed delivery to your location. On return items, original shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping charges for all returned items are the responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be issued until returned item(s) has been received by ChipDaddy.

Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process (refund processing time depends on your bank).

You are entitled to cancel your order before a shipping label is created, and you are sent a tracking number for your shipment. Usually within 15-30 minutes. If a shipping label was created and your product has not shipped or left our warehouse, you will get a refund minus the cost for the shipping label. (Example) You spent $100.00 total, and your shipping was $15.00. Then you will receive a refund of $85.00. You are basically buying the label for us to ship your order to you as a courtesy.

Once we purchase or buy a shipping label for your order through a shipping company, that refund is nonrefundable.

The deadline for canceling an order is 24Hrs (1 Day) from the date/time you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. This includes the time of delivery to your shipping location.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 10-15 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to us. You must also send us a tracking/shipment number within the time frame of 24Hrs from receiving the goods.

No Returns/Refunds on goods that are not cancelled & shipped back to us within the 24Hr time frame from you receiving the goods.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods are in the original packaging.

  • Any opened goods will have a restocking fee for that specific item of 25%

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
